We had a great time at this hotel. The location was incredible, right in the middle of everything. Plus, the service was top-notch - the room service and housekeeping were excellent. We really appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the soundproofed rooms meant we slept like babies. The garden terrace was also a lovely spot to sit and relax.
This place is truly perfect for families.

We loved the modern look of the hotel, both inside and out. The staff provided a fast check-in process, and the breakfast options were extensive, with fresh fish, fruits, and juices available. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and had a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the coffee/tea making equipment. The hotel also offered a great TV channel with travel tips and information about the city. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and shops. In terms of transportation, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, especially the trams, which allowed us to easily explore this city.

The staff were helpful and professional, always willing to assist. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a small fridge. The hotel had properly functioning Wi-Fi throughout. The location was convenient, near the railway and tram stations, and within walking distance of the city center.
There was serious mold on the bathroom walls, quite unpleasant. The breakfast was average, and there were only two electricity plugs near the TV, with none by the bed.
